2024 REBATE PROGRAM

Program Dates:

• To be eligible, the homeowner must sign an install contract with an approved Diamond Contractor between April 1 and May 15th, 2024. The contracted installation must be completed by May 31, 2024.
• Rebate Submission Deadline: June 9, 2024.

Rebates will be offered in the form of a Gift Card with the following criteria:

• $250 for each single zone heat pump system installed by an approved Diamond Contractor.
• $300 for each single zone hyper heat (M and P series) system installed by an approved Diamond Contractor.
• $400 for each multi-zone (non branch box) system installed by an approved Diamond Contractor.
• $500 for each multi-zone system with branch box installed by an approved Diamond Contractor.

BONUS: $250 if the system includes an intelli-heat A-coil (PAA)

Additional Details:

• The Homeowner or Dealer is responsible for claiming their rebate at www.customizedcomfort.com. Please complete the Rebate Form online. You’ll need to provide the homeowner's name, mailing address, name of the installing contractor, date of installation, and model and serial numbers of the outdoor unit.
• Only 1 Rebate is allowed per Household.
• Cooling-Only Systems are not eligible for any rebate.
• Homeowners will receive a Gift Card in the amount of the earned rebate by July 31st, 2024.
